Keep tabs on Black Friday

Spend intentionally during Black Friday

Your money does the most good when you spend them on the things you really want. Get the most out of your money by keeping tabs during Black Friday. By keeping tabs of the things you need and want you might be able to get a good deal, if the stuff gets a lower price.

Plan your purchases

Black Friday is the celebration of shopping. If you act quickly you might catch a good deal on last season's electronics or price reduced books. Black Friday is also a chance to get the stuff you need at a lower price. By planning ahead you’re more resistant to the urges of shopping “just because”.

Compare prices

Put yourself one step ahead by knowing the actual prices in advance. Then you’ll be able to assess if your getting a good deal or not. The point of spending intentionally is making smart choices and prioritizing the things that do you good.

Make a list - don’t spend unnecessarily

Create a wishlist of the things you need and really want. If it becomes available at a lower price it  might be a good deal. If you aren’t getting the right model, size or color, take a minute to consider if it’s really a good purchase.

Stay cool

Don’t overestimate the Black Friday sale. If you aren’t getting exactly what you want, it might be better to wait and see. Keep the end of season sale in mind. Preparing, making lists and comparing prices is a way of not getting carried away. Stay cool and put your money towards the things that make YOU happy.
