Week 44 and the autumn school break is soon upon us, and that means a week full of fun fall activities. We have gathered some tips on how to make the most of it, without having to break the bank.
Get a new book. Read it together or by yourselves, read for each other. Books are great subjects for dinner table discussions, and a cheap activity that brings both enjoyment and learning.
Make the most of the colors this time of the year. Have a photo contest. Show eachother what you think is beautiful right now and enjoy the crispy days outdoors in nature or on a stroll through the city.
A classic step challenge is a fun way to get some fresh air. Trade sitting in school or in the office and try to get out. A step challenge doesn’t have to be about who does the most. Set a step goal, compete as a team, and reach it together.
Days-off allows for late nights. Get some popcorn and decide on good film. Make the evenings extra special when you don’t have to wake up early for school.
Get inspiration from the tv show and take turns making dinner. There are several accounts on Instagram promoting budget friendly meals that you could look at. Set a spending limit and try to make the best possible dinner, choose in-season produce and see who manages to make the most of a set amount.
