As a payment institution, we are obliged by law to have correct and up-to-date information about all our customers. This means that we will sometimes ask you questions about what your life situation looks like and how you think you will use our services.

With good customer knowledge, we can contribute to efforts to prevent money laundering and financing of terrorism. We can also detect errors more quickly and take action. We think that's a good thing.

Why do we ask questions?

We are obliged by law to have good knowledge of our customers, which means how they intend to use our service, and to understand transactions.

We ask questions about your life situation and how you plan to use P.F.C.'s services. Some examples of questions we may ask are:

What happens if you don't answer the questions?

If we cannot get answers to the questions, we need to take action. This may mean that you will not have access to a service. In the long run, it may also mean that we need to close your account and end our business relationship.

The information you provide is treated confidentially and is covered by bank secrecy.
